I hold a PhD in Psychology and specialise in integrating traditional evidence-based therapeutic approaches with expressive arts — using art, movement, sound, and imagination as pathways to healing.

Expressive Arts Therapy uses creative modalities like art, movement, sound, writing, and imagination as pathways to healing. You don't need to be “artistic” — it's about the process of expression, not the product. It helps access emotions that words alone sometimes can't reach.
A standard session lasts 50–60 minutes. Some specialised sessions or assessments may run 60–90 minutes. We'll always discuss the expected duration beforehand.
This varies depending on your concerns and goals. Some issues can be addressed in 6–8 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll discuss a recommended timeline during our initial sessions and adjust as needed.
Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns. It offers the added benefits of convenience, comfort, and accessibility. All online sessions happen via a secure, private video platform.
